Phlyarologist here to push some kind of handheld gaming agenda while I still can!
At the time of this writing, you can still add funds to a Nintendo 3DS eShop account by redeeming a gift card code, but that capacity will go away during the creation period for this very exchange, and funds in said account will only be usable through March 2023. The 3DS was and remains a pretty nifty console, and mine has provided me tons of entertainment in the past eight years. I'm doing 3DS-themed requests this year, for some games I have particularly enjoyed during the console's supported lifespan. And I'm likely to keep playing them long after.
My requests will contain spoilers for Pokémon Sun and Moon, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, and Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold story mode, so I guess watch out if you haven't played any of these and were planning to someday! (I think you should totally plan to play SuMo and ALBW; my recommendation for EO2U is a bit more qualified, ha ha ha. It's got a lot of charm but some very frustrating boss mechanics.)
Fic likes: Humor, friendship, adventure, worldbuilding, missing scenes, character study, interactions between characters who don't normally share a lot of page- or screentime, bittersweetness, hope in the face of adversity. Angst, complicated family dynamics, body horror, deathfic.
Art likes: Illustrations of characters doing stuff! Any of the subject matter in my fic likes also welcome here. I like big dramatic shapes, compositions with a lot of movement in them, and unusual color palette, lighting, or perspective choices. I am easily impressed by sharp lineart but I also like a lot of lineless art styles. Cool poses. Alternate outfits or hairstyles.

Fandom-specific DNWs: Anime canon; Ultra SuMo canon. I've only played the original Sun version and haven't watched the show since Johto, so I'd prefer to stick with what can be extrapolateed from the base games!
Prompts: Golisopod. I wanna see this big weird guy and his big weird bug bro-ing out. Or: a younger Guzma hanging out with Wimpod! When did Wimpod evolve? How does Guzma's choice of partner Pokémon play into his obsession with being the strongest and trying to get his hands on Buginium Z? How did he choose his partner?
Team Skull's early days, or the day-to-day during the games - doing incredibly stupid crimes, loafing around the trash mansion, etc. How much active leadership/management does he do, and how much is just debriefing the grunts like "haha heard you created a public nuisance by rap-battling the malasada guy, fuckin sweet, nice work"? What's his friendship with Plumeria like, what are her responsibilities, how did he get her into this?
Would genuinely love some dysfunctional/power-imbalanced/gee-sure-looks-a-whole-lot-like-she's-emotionally-abusing-him stuff with Lusamine. This guy somehow never figured out he was in over his head until she dragged him to Ultra Space and turned herself into a jellyfish - just how badly did he want her respect? How little did she have to do to keep him happy? Makes you think.
Art-specific note: the Team Skull pink and teal accent colors are cool as hell and I'd love to see anything using that palette! Any of the prompts above are things I'd be happy to see illustrated, little slice of life scenes or battle scenes with Guzma & Golisopod especially.
Ravio & Hilda and Ravio & Link were nominated as gen, but I also like either relationship romantic if that's your speed! (Nor do I need them to be clearly one thing or the other - ambiguous relationships are also my jam.)
Pregame: How did Ravio end up working for Hilda? What are his duties exactly? What's their relationship like? When did Yuga show up, and what did Ravio try to do about it before things escalated? WHAT IS SHEEROW? Where did Ravio get all the items he uses to stock his shop?
Midgame: All kinds of BIG WEIRD FEELS about his identity, similarities and differences between him and Link. Is he doing anything else behind the scenes while running the item shop? Do he and Link ever, like... hang out? Also down for something comedic about Ravio's increasingly brazen appropriation of all Link's stuff, or something more thoughtful about how weird Hyrule is for him.
Postgame: Probably in for some pretty uncomfortable conversations with Hilda when all is said and done, huh! Does she give him his old job back, or is his role in Lorule's restoration a different one? How have their perceptions of each other changed? Does he try to see Link again?
Art-specific thoughts: I love this game's visuals so much. The differences in color palette between Hyrule and Lorule are cool as hell - it'd be neat to see the more autumnal Lorule colors used to sorta unify Ravio and Hilda, or play up a contrast between Ravio and Link. I dig the flat angular look of Yuga's magic paintings and would be happy to see anything in that style. I also like alternate outfits for anybody! I like Ravio's kinda OTT body language and physical expressiveness and would enjoy seeing him be a flaily weirdo, with or without the hood. Also funny: maybe some in-universe marketing materials for Ravio's item shop?

Prompts: I actively ship Fafnir/Flavio and Arianna/Regina. I am open to some kind of weird postgame Arianna/Flavio situation when they're looking for Fafnir - like each feels that sticking close to the other is a proxy for having him around, or they bond over missing him, or Flavio resents her certainty that they'll find him again, because he doesn't have a magical bond to go off of, but can't just give up because then what's the point of anything...
Gen with any one guild member or any combination of guild members would be lovely! Interests include: slice of life in the Labyrinth, Regina's restaurant, or the bar (Regina and Cass are favorite NPCs, feel free to include them!); Chloe gradually warming up to the guild just so she can roast them mercilessly; Arianna's truly enormous shonen-hero energy vs. her family's sketchy actions around the ritual; anything where Flavio gets to be snarky or angsty; anything whatsoever with Bertrand.
For Violetta, I'd love to see some of her journey with Bertrand, or her perspective as Black Guardian on the events of the game. Or some art of her as Black Guardian, that design is sick. I'm okay with pretty much any reading of the Violetta-Bertrand relationship: platonic, romantic, one-sided from either direction - each a subtly different flavor of guilt and suffering, and each fantastic.
More art-specific prompts: Designs for grown-up Chloe or Queen Arianna. Fafnir Knight!Bertrand. Fluffy or silly Fafnir/Flavio or Arianna/Regina. Cool action poses.
