It's not fanfic, but in a general fanwork-and-fanwork-adjacent spirit, I have started sorting through the MIDIs I've written in the past few years and dumping the decent ones on Neocities.

I don't know what kind of crufty do-it-yourself Y2K-internet aesthetic I ultimately want for the site as a whole, but just shoving minimally formatted text on a coarse paper texture is an aesthetic, for now.

This is delightful, and I am delighted. I have such fond memories of MIDI musicians' websites of old, and I'm digging everything I've listened to thus far--particularly Untitled 15 and its combat variant.

Thanks very much! Those two are a couple of personal favorites, in fact. :D I remember that era fondly and it's satisfying to create a small pocket of it for 2021.
