Thanks! :D I've always liked the "big arrogant dumbass gets vibe checked and has to reevaluate everything" type of character arc, and I've always thought that Skrimir being literally a cat only enhances the flavor in his case. So it was interesting to think about how culture and social structures might differ in a context where everyone is also a cat! Especially since IIRC Mordecai mentions most Gallians stay in beast form the majority of the time at home and can get by for a pretty long time without using verbal language. So it's interesting to think of etiquette and social standing in Gallia being like... not totally alien, but influenced by the social dynamics of e.g. a pride of lions or a feral cat colony.
